GP 3000/ GP Extream

If your operating a high mineral or high junk area then by all means the the gpx models are the best, but if you were to work low mineral low trash ares like the ground I'm prospecting in then the gp3000 is the one to use, not only that but, you must first start off getting acustomed to the tones and signals that are being received, for example my friend went out with one of his buddies to prospect in the golden triangle, Victoria, Australia and to his surprise his friend was passing over signals using the 4500 while his 3000 was picking up a stronger signal and that was in a low junk area and yes more gold nuggets. My message to you is if your a beginner then start at the bottom, but if you a pro and know your ground don't let those nuggets pass you by....... because I'm sure you don't, new comers out gunning you on their cheaper model. They both have there good and bad points but let me tell you this..... it is very difficult to find a 3000 model for sale anywhere including on ebay as for the 3500, 4000 and 4500 models.
