Infinium LS

I have had my Infinium LS for some time now and have concluded that it is an exceptional machine. I have not found any ground mineralization that it will not function on, it will ground balance anywhere. I do all types of detecting and this detector does it all. If you are a Dig All Targets user then this detector is the only way to go.I find the Infinium LS simple to set up, just switch it on, ground balance and away you go. Tuning out sporadic electrical interference is hard but it can be quietened down sufficiently to be not too annoying; The frequency adjust on the Infinium is mainly to remove the effects of nearby machines and mains interference.
The Infinium LS does seem to be a bobby pin magnet, but on the other side ,if you discriminate out bobby pins with a VLF discriminator you will also be tuning out small gold rings and chains.
I frequently use my Infinium at the beach and finding coins at depths to 15 inches in the wet sand is a common event. I have other very good VLF beach detectors that have brilliant discrimination ability which I use in trashy spots, but at the beach and in high mineralised gold fields the Infinium really is difficult to beat for performance and value for money.
